IDEA NOTE Tables in two tiers halve takt time.
This structure allows multiple workpieces to be transferred at the same time as two tables are operated simultaneously by a single motor and a single belt.
IDEA NOTE Measures against belt damage in early stage
The belt is likely to be damaged early in production as the portions of the belt to which parts are fixed rattle when the driving force is applied to the belt. To counter this, a clearance space is provided for each part to prevent interference.
