Also, please be aware that the tolerance, surface roughness and/or chamfer of the Data may vary from the actual Products.

Assembly data shows the assembly drawings in the concept design phase. The sole purpose of the data is to explain the structure and functionality of the assembly and is not considered nor to be used as a final design.
You will need to edit the Data so that it meets your specific design conditions.
Unit assembly Data consists of some sub-assemblies.
It is configured so that each sub-assembly unit can be used as it is or edited.

The Data for fabricated parts is based on easy-to-edit dimensions and shapes in sketches and histories.
The Data including the third-part components are made by the Company.

Application Overview
Purpose
To transfer workpiece using multiple steps.
[Operation] A linear movement/rotation actuator is used as a drive to preform a multi-step stroke with the help of an eccentric tapered cam. The details of the multi-step stroke are shown below. Position 1: Initial state in which the actuator is not operated. Position 2: State in which the eccentric cam is rotated by 180° by the rotary stroke of the actuator. Position 3: Tapered cam is moved 29.8mm by the linear stroke of the actuator.
A condition in which the center of the rotation of an object is located at a different position than the center axis that passes through the center of gravity of the object.

Other Design Consideration
By setting the length of the eccentric portion of the cam as twice the length of the vertical stroke produced by the taper, equal stroke is enabled.
