  1. Q1How do I read your catalogs?

  2. Q2How do I locate a quote or order that I've already completed?

    To search for a previous order or quote, you can click the Quote History/Order History button and then click Search. Once you find your order, click the Show Details button.

  3. Q3If I've searched the part numbers and added them to the cart, can I place an order?

    Yes. Click on the "Order Now" button and proceed in the ordering process. If you need pricing and ship dates immediately, click on Quote before you order.

  4. Q4What if I want to order fewer parts than I quoted?

    Once you're ready to proceed with an order from a quote, you will check the items would you like to order. The unchecked items will not be ordered.

  5. Q5I've requested a quote and the part number comes up in red. What does this mean?

    There is an error in the part number. Please modify the part number. If you cannot identify the cause of the error, click "MISUMI Request" and our customer service team will contact you.

  6. Q6Can you view the e-catalog page your item is on from the quote screen?

    Clicking on the blue product name on the quote screen will show you the product information.

  7. Q7What happens if I need more than one quoted quantity at the same time?

    We suggest creating multiple quotes if you are looking for a quantity discount on a specific part.

  8. Q8What payment methods are accepted?

    Company check, bank transfer, or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)

  9. Q9I have a part number from another manufacturer. Can you cross-reference it?

    We can cross-reference some items. Please contact Technical Support for assistance (+52-442-672-7661).

  10. Q10How long does it take to get a quote?

    We typically send you a quote the same day (or contact you if there are any issues) for standard MISUMI items. For specialty items, please allow at least 24 hours for a quote to be prepared. Please note that requests received after our business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. ET) will not be processed until the following day.

  12. Q12I did not get an SO Confirmation for my order. How can I make sure that my order has been processed?

    You should receive your SO confirmation the same day if your order number is received during our business hours. If you do not receive your SO confirmation the same day, please contact Customer Service. Do not resubmit your order to avoid duplicate orders (+52-442-672-7661).

  13. Q13I configured the part numbers on your site, but the quotation says they are bad part numbers.

    If you are using the numbers used in the CAD file you downloaded, (ex. SFJ10_120 or MISUMI_lsrc_r40) replace "_" with "-." Also "MISUMI_" should be deleted. (ex. SFJ10-120 or LSRC-R40.) Save part numbers that you configure in "My Components List" to avoid these mistakes, rather than your CAD application Software.
