Handling Fee

Each Purchase Order will have added a handling fee of $ 10.00 USD before VAT.

• For each Purchase Order over $ 100 USD (one hundred dollars) before VAT, the handling fee will be free with a discount.
• If the customer chooses partial deliveries, only one handling fee will be charged per Purchase Order.

How you will see the handling fee：

Quote or order.

The handling fee will be reflected in the lower part of the quote confirmation and order confirmation with the concept "Handling fee"

CFDI

In the CFDI, the handling fee will appear as another product under the concept of "Servicios de Manejo de Materiales".

Example:

If your Purchase Order is over $ 100 USD (one hundred dollars) before VAT, the handling fee will be free with a discount.

• The handling fee discount will not be applied to accumulated or added orders.
• The discount of the handling fee will be reflected in the quote confirmation and order confirmation.
• Neither the handling fee nor the discount will appear on the CFDI invoice when the discount is applied.
• If the purchase order is modified compared to the quote and it is made for an amount less than $ 100 USD before VAT, there will be no discount for the handling fee.

Example:

If you make a purchase order for one or more products with a total cost of $ 132.80 USD before VAT, the handling fee will be $ 10 USD before VAT and you will receive a discount of $ 10 USD before VAT for the handling fee.
