Changes/Cancelations/Returns
After logging in, go to the Order History section on the TOP page and open the Order Details screen.
Depending on the order contents and the time elapsed since it was placed, some changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.
If the Change or Cancel button is inactive (cannot be clicked), the item cannot be modified or canceled.

Procedure for Exchanges and Returns Due to Misumi's Fault
1. Please complete the application process via your order history on the MISUMI website.
2. Our representative will contact you to arrange shipment of a replacement and collection of the defective item.
* If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a credit or refund.

2. Please download and print the return card following the instructions in the notification email, then include it with the returned item.
3. We will process either a credit or refund.
*Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy
・The product must be unopened and unused.
・The product listing page must display the “In-Stock Item” notation or mark.
・The order must not be a custom-adjusted order.
・Return requests must be submitted within one month from the shipping date.
・Orders that used the Express Service are not eligible for return.
Important Notes
Exchanges are not accepted for reasons of customer convenience. Please place a new order after returning the item.
Prior authorization is required before sending any returns. Items returned without authorization cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of customer convenience.
Items without the barcode label attached may not be accepted for return.
Please return items in their original packaging with the label attached.
If the wrong item is returned, it will be sent back to you (collect shipping).
For customer-initiated returns, the original shipping fee from the order will not be refunded.
After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process a credit or refund; please note that this may take some time.
Even for “In-Stock” items, certain products such as cables and similar parts may not be eligible for return.
