● An original MISUMI shape that is ideal for machining SUS304 work materials. For work materials with low thermal conductivity that are easily heated up, the proprietary blade shape suppresses the effects of heat on the blade tip, dramatically improving wear resistance and reducing the chances of melting and becoming stuck.
● The TS coating consisting of a nitride-based composite film with a fully crystalline structure means that it realizes a high oxidation resistance temperature and high hardness. It achieves a longer lifespan for high speed machining and dry machining of SUS work materials.
● A blade shape ideal for machining grooves / side surfaces.
[ ! ]This product has a special groove shape with a performance that may not be reproducible without the use of Misumi's dedicated re-grinding.
