● Has a new TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, yielding a longer operational life and ideal for high-speed machining / dry machining.
● 3-flute stub design reduces vibration and allows for seemless grooving.
● The unique tip pocket shape provides the same cutting depth as the 2-flute model.
● The product is considered to have an "SR blade length," as the blade length is between that of TSC-HEM3S (short blade length) and TSC-HEM3R (regular blade length).
● Compared to its 30° counterpart, both rotation and feed capacity are more than doubled for high speed machining.
