Commonly used as spacers are available in Fluororesin, PEEK and Epoxy Glass. Fluororesin (PTFE) with lowest coefficient of friction. Can withstand high temperatures up to 250C(500F). Inert to chemicals and solvents (good for food) | PEEK has excellent temperature resistance up to 250C(500F), excellent flexural and tensile properties | Epoxy Glass has excellent insulation properties as well as mechanical strength (310Mpa) and bending strength (430Mpa).

Polyacetal (commonly known as Delrin) is an engineering thermoplastic with good strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability, making it good for food applications. MC Nylon has excellent impact resistance, ideal for wear applications such as bearings and gears.
