Polyurethane is an excellent shock absorbing and is often used inside devices and equipment that need to last for several years, such as phones, cars, and helmets. Polyurethane foam is a versatile material used for shock absorption and cushioning. This foam strips have a micro-cellular structure. Polyurethane withstands repetitive and extended periods of compression longer than other foam materials.
