A highly accurate and light weight cross roller type stage (horizontal Z-axis).[Features]・ B33 series is a cross roller guide stage that moves a plane up and down
・ It is a structure that transmits the feed of the micrometer using the leverage in the vertical direction

・ A differential micrometer is also available as a feeding method.
