The nicks on the peripheral blade have a flat shape that reduces cutting resistance by helping to split up chips.
The deepened tip pocket improves the discharging of chips.
Stable processing without chatter is possible by adopting a 3-flute blade.
The TS coating consisting of a nitride-based composite film with a fully crystalline structure means that it realizes a high oxidation resistance temperature and high hardness. It achieves a longer lifespan for high speed machining and dry machining of SUS work materials.
