The former is inserted in groove end surfaces of extruded aluminum extrusions before assembly. The latter is inserted in the tops of grooves after assembly. Nuts can be fastened finger-tight in extruded aluminum extrusion grooves by using spring nuts, anti-slip nuts or stoppers.
