[Features]
· Much more compact than conventional types.
• Allows fine adjustment in low flow rate range. Compact, but the maximum flow rate is equivalent to that of a conventional part.
· The tube is connected by Push One®. ▪ No need for jigs and tools to connect the tube.
▪ Uses a flame-retardant resin (UL94 V-0 equivalent). The material utilizes a flame retardant PBT resin. Equivalent to UL94 standard V-0 and affords superior self-extinguishing. Can be used in an environment where spatter is generated.
· Electroless nickel plated. Degradation of the surface is minimal and elution of copper ions into liquid is also prevented.
▪ R screw part has been sealed. No need to wrap with sealing tape.

The ASD speed controller is small compared to conventional products. Fine adjustment of low flow rates is made simple. Smaller in size with a maximum flow rate equivalent to conventional products.

· A flame retardant resin (UL94 V-0 standard EQUIV) is utilized. The material utilizes a flame retardant PBT resin. A UL94 V-0 standard fitting with superior self-extinguishing properties. This fitting is usable in spatter dispersion environments.
· Electroless nickel plated. Degradation of the surface is minimal. The elution of copper ions into the fluids is also prevented.
· The R threads are sealed. Therefore, wrapping the threads with sealing tape is not required.
