Cord Stock - Neoprene
O-rings are designed to be seated and compressed in order to create a seal. Different profiles are used depending on the application and use case. Square profile o-rings require less pressure than round-profile o-rings and will not roll or twist in moving applications. Cord stock, also known as rubber cord, is used to create o-rings whenever a molded o-ring is unsuitable for use.
