· LD holder of To-Package type with built-in Peltier element.
· A Peltier element and calibrated 10kΩ thermistor sensor are built-in.
· The LD sizes are φ 5.6 (pin PCD, 2.0) and φ 9.0 (pin PCD, 2.54) for three and four pins, respectively.
· In addition, anode common, cathode common, etc. are set by replacing the jumper pin.
· For the connector, D-sub9 pin female are D-sub9 pin male are used for LD drive and temperature control, respectively.
· The adapter F129-1 for water cooling is also available.
· Usage of a low-temperature circulation water tank, etc. enables more stabilization and lower temperature.
