Blade runout accuracy within 5 μm (our measured ratio) / back taper within 5 μm / shank diameter, tolerance h5 standard, has been adopted for a high quality tool with minimal quality variation. It is ideal for side-finishing machining requiring a high accuracy level.
Designed to have a blade shape with an emphasis on sharpness thanks to the positive blade / sharp edge tip, it is suitable for machining raw materials of carbon steel, etc.
The TS coating consisting of a nitride-based composite film with a fully crystalline structure means that it delivers excellent durability when used in carbon steel raw materials, in addition to heat treated steel.
[ ! ] As this is a highly accurate product, if Misumi Q-Value re-grinding is not conducted, then the level of precision may not be reproducible.
