Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in: Business, Administration, or related.
- Experience in years: 1 year in Customer Service.
- English Level: Basic/Intermediate.
- Excel Level: Advanced.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Professionalism, Integrity and Ethics.
- Initiative, Logic and Problem-Solving skills.
- Organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Processes quotations and sales orders, prepares and follow up on purchase orders and confirmation of ship dates and pricing.
- Assists customers with inquiries and information about sales orders, quotations, product specifications/compatibility and pricing/availability, expedites, order investigations, returned goods and rejected packages follow up.
- Handles inbound and outbound phone calls and queries; displays excellent oral and written communications with high levels of professionalism.
- Provide timely follow-up with customers in the event of order delays or cancellations.
- Consistently displays positive attitude; adjusts in a positive way to changing policies and work responsibilities.
- Monitoring of customer portals.
- Leverages internal resources to problem solve effectively deepen product knowledge and enhance the customer experience through increased first call resolution.
- Ensures corporate business policies, terms and conditions of sale and sales/marketing promotions are properly applied to orders.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the computer programs currently in use by the department.
- Performs well under pressure and tight timeframes; able to consistently meet deadlines with high quality work.
- Maintain flexibility in daily work activities; open to and accepting of daily movement from one work activity to another.
- Responds to customers’ inquiries or complaints regarding company products or services.
- Works within established company guidelines.
The Customer Service Representative EL position is responsible for process quotations, sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues. Work internally with other areas to have the correct output for customers & products ensuring level of efficiency and productivity.
