Oil Seals(Environment, Applications:Food Grade)
Oil seals are parts that prevent oil leaks from the ends of rotary shafts in automotive engines or motors. Oil seals prevent lubricating oil, water or liquid chemicals used in machinery from leaking through machinery gaps. They also function to prevent the entry of outside dust or dirt. Besides vehicles, oil seals are also used in machinery from various sectors such as aircraft, ships and home appliances. They come in many different shapes, with different types used for different applications. Examples include Type A (commonly used for rotating parts), Type U (used for rotating parts while also protecting against the entry of contaminants from outside), Type K (performing as a grease seal) and Type S (protecting the housing inner surface and seal circumference lip by allowing them to slide). There are many compact models and easily mounted models.
