Diaphragm & Pinch Valves
Diaphragm and pinch valves, also known as gate valves, are valves that adjust the flow rate by directly pinching or crushing the flow path. The pinch valve controls the fluid in the tube by pinching the tube from the outside. The diaphragm valve consists of a valve body, a drive unit, and a diaphragm valve, and the drive unit opens and closes the flow path by lifting and pressing the diaphragm valve. Connect and use a metal conduit or tube for supplying fluid to the main unit. Use of an elastic diaphragm valve made of fluoropolymer etc. will increase the sealing performance. You can choose from manual or electric types. There are products dedicated for gases such as air, gas, etc. but there are also products that can handle all kinds of fluids such as gas or water, chemicals, oils, etc.
