Deburring/rust removal inside cylinders. Deburring and rust removal from the base and side surfaces of blind holes. Cross hole deburring.
[Features]
· 4 of the 5 hole drilling spots intersect with the center hole, and processing of the inner surface and deburring of the intersecting parts are performed at the same time, allowing approx. 2,000 workpieces to be processed.
· The Burr Hunter can be used to perform finishing and deburring without changing machining dimensions.
· A secondary refinishing treatment must be carried out since the machined surface, following burr removal with another grinding tool, etc., will be rough.
· Because the Burr Hunter can be used to perform finishing and deburring simultaneously, there are no wasted work-hours, making it useful in enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
