Cord Stock - Metal Detectable, Silicone (ZUSA-RC-1731)
O-rings are designed to be seated and compressed during assembly in order to create a seal. Cord stock, also known as rubber cord, is used to create o-rings whenever a molded o-ring is unsuitable. Silicone o-rings are made of FDA-compliant materials and is ideal for use in food and beverage applications. Silicone has excellent temperature range and good resistance to mild chemicals, animal & vegetable oils. Metal detectable grades are also available.
