[Features]
・ Coaxial epi-illumination + lens lighting connection adapter TAD-TCA series is a mounting bracket for connecting coaxial epi-illumination and lens lighting.
・ Four types are available according to the size of the illuminator.
・ When the opening of the lens lighting is reflected by the inspection object, it is possible to reduce the influence of the reflection by using it together with the coaxial epi-illumination.
・ It is also possible to switch between lens lighting and coaxial epi-illumination on the same inspection stage.
