[Features]
· A standard flange for ultra-high vacuums.
· The area that forms the seal has a knife-edge shape. The metal gasket is installed between the facing flanges such that it is sandwiched by this knife-edge area. Bolts are then used externally to ensure an airtight seal.
· ICF34 to ICF253 available as standard products.
· ICF305 and larger sizes are also available.
· Able to provide both fixed flanges and rotation flanges, and offer blank flanges and flanges with holes for connecting standard pipes, including both hole-cut type and hole-tapped type.
· Able to provide zero length flanges for size changes as well as same-size dual-surface edge flanges.
· Also available in SUS316L.
