A hybrid tube that uses a fluoropolymer PFA in the inner layer and the barrier properties of fluoropolymer in the outer layer. The wetted inner layer using semiconductor PFA, has high basic characteristics (purity, chemical/heat resistance, and antiadhesion) in semiconductor piping applications .
