M3 to M6 nuts can be mounted with low pressure input, press nuts.
[Features]
· Press fit a portion of the hexagonal body of the ST nut to the base material using existing pneumatic/hydraulic press to prevent rotation of the nut.
· Metal flow to the groove under the neck prevents the nut from coming out.
· For the mounting direction of the ST nut, it can be press fit into both the punch side and press side of the base material.
· Due to press-fitting, post-processing such as rust-proof processing, sputtering treatment for weld-on nuts, etc., not required.
[Applications]
· Has little effect on the base material thanks to low pressure input. Even if the end face distance is short, the base material does not deform.
· Optimal for reducing man-hours with simultaneous multiple press-fitting operations occurring on a flat plate. Can also be mounted on aluminum parts.
· Can be used on copper material power supply busbars, etc. Can be used for coating / plating / ZAM / treated steel plate, automobile parts, etc.
