[Features]
· Extremely low fluid penetration, which dramatically reduces gasket odor.
· Optimally suited when introducing hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP).
· Extracts from the material are extremely low, making it optimally suited to ultra-clean processes.
· The rubber properties are retained even at high temperatures.
· Can be sealed sufficiently even in steam plumbing lines (operating temperature: ≤ 145°C).
· Superior sealing properties at high temperatures. Therefore, it is also suitable for aseptic lines and systems.
· Can be used with most drug solutions where conventional rubber was difficult to use.
· Can be used for the following chemical solutions without any problems.
· E.g. sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide solution, peracetic acid, and nitric acid, etc.
