Times and Rates
In the product families and product details pages you will see information about the shipping days, the shipping days are the days it will take to process and ship your product, remember that configurable products are manufactured according to your requirements and can take several days to manufacture and ship.
Days to Ship
In the following example you will see that it indicates "Days to ship: 6 days or more" that means that once the order is placed it will take 6 days or more to deliver the component to the parcel, these days are an estimate based on stocks or manufacturing capacity, depending on the purchase volume, it can be more or less days.
Within the product detail page you will be able to click on the "Part Numbers" section where you will be able to see the different part numbers available for the product according to their different / possible configurations, some products are in stock in our distribution center for shipping on the same day.
When you finish setting up a product, an estimated shipping date will be displayed, as shown below:
It is important to consider that depending on the volume of purchase, the estimated shipping date may be affected. For this, it will be necessary to make a quote and review a more realistic estimate of the shipping time.
The estimated shipping dates, that is, the date on which your product will be delivered to the parcel for delivery, is considering the existence of the product at that time and if the order is made at that time under those conditions, but if the volume is different or the order is placed on another day, times may change.
(i)ATTENTION
All shipping dates in the store and in the quotes are estimated according to current conditions.
The only valid date is when the order is placed correctly, an order is considered valid when the payment has been processed, in case of making orders with a Credit Card the process is the same day, in case of making the payment by SPEI or window deposit may take 24 to 48 hours (business) to process your order, If the payment does not carry the order reference, the order cannot be processed.
Products on Stock and Same Day Shipping Products
At MISUMI we have thousands of products in stock to be shipped the same day, you can identify them in the store from the product families page as follows:
Within the product detail page you can again filter only the configurations in stock in the distribution center at that time by clicking on the checkbox. "Stock Items Only" or in "Part Numbers" to see what configurations are in existence at that time.
(i)ATTENTION
To be able to ship the products the same day it is necessary that all your information is correct including the RFC, shipping and billing addresses. In addition, the order must be made by paying with a Credit Card and through the internet store before 12:00 PM, otherwise the process of your order may take more than 1 day *
(* Applies only for payments with SPEI or deposit at the window).
In case you want to buy a product with stock but in greater volume than that available in our distribution center, partial deliveries can be made, you will see different notifications that the quantity is greater than what we have in stock.
