· The inner ring is made of aluminum, stainless steel (SUS316L), or fluoropolymer.
· Kalrez® O-ring: Withstands temperatures of up to 315℃.
· Evac Viton® O-ring: Withstands temperatures of up to 200℃.
· Can be used up to high vacuum of 10-7 Pa.
· The inner ring clamp also prevents excessive torque.
