Spline Shafts(Accuracy Grade:High Grade)

Splines are parts that transmit power through the movement of interlocking grooved rotary shafts. Since splines transmit power by meshing together many tooth surfaces, they have superior load transmission ability and alignment relative to fasteners such as screws, pins, keys or mechanical locks. The main types of splines are square splines (with linear and parallel groove side surfaces), involute splines (with zig-zag tooth shapes in circular arrangements) and ball splines (that generate linear motion from rolling steel balls placed in the grooves). Splines that can transmit large torques are used in a variety of mechanisms such as automotive and high-speed rolling stock transmissions, propeller shafts, transportation equipment and machine tools. There are a wide range of applications, so an extensive lineup of product types and shapes are available.
