[Features]
· CeFiX® system dedicated metal seals. Available in aluminum, oxygen-free copper, oxygen-free silver-plated copper, and nickel.
· The dimensions are interchangeable for use in ICF flange seals.
· Preparation of separate seals is not required—even when using a mixture of ICF and CeFiX® systems (ICF gaskets cannot be used in the CeFiX® systems.)
· Non-knife edge sealing method. Therefore, the metal seals can be used repeatedly about 10 times.
· Supports ultra-low temperatures.
· The nickel seals can withstand temperatures up to 450℃ MAX.
· Usable in radiation-resistant areas.
· Supports ultra-high vacuum down to 10-9 Pa.
· Pressurized nickel seals can support up to 30 MPa.
