· Duran®: Enables ultraviolet light to be shielded out.
· Quartz: Optimal for transmitting ultraviolet rays.
· For vacuums of 10-7 Pa.
· Compatible with pressurization up to 0.2 MPa.
· Maximum operating temperature: Duran® 450℃ Quartz 1000℃.
· Supports low temperature ranges down to -50°C.
· Quartz is optimal for ultra-clean applications such as ion injection devices.
