· Designed to achieve a secure connection. These connectors utilize a structure that simultaneously achieves coupling, continuity, and connector locking.
· These connectors are used in a wide range of large electrical products, such as large home appliances and vending machines, etc., as a solution for eliminating human error during assembly.
· Incomplete couplings are visually difficult to detect and can present problems during testing processes.
· This product utilizes a lock-on mechanism that prevents continuity if the coupling is incomplete.
· Product defects caused by incomplete coupling are prevented by conducting incomplete-coupling and continuity testing simultaneously.
· The 2.0-mm and 2.5-mm pitch connectors are also available with gold-plated contacts.
· These products prevent connection failure during prolonged use, such as whiskering and micro-sliding wear, and contribute to improving the task of coupling.
· A lineup of 2.5-mm, 3.5-mm and 6.2-mm pitch relay connectors is also available.
· These connectors are also usable for a wide variety of high-current applications.
· The 2.0-mm and 2.5 mm-pitch products share some of the contacts.
