TE Connectivity
The D4000 series is optimal for 20A commercial power supply line use.
[Features]
•Small high current contact point: By increasing the number of contact areas, this newly designed contact point ensures Hertzian stress is divided among 4 contact positions.
•This not only provides current capacity (rated for 20A maximum), but also increases reliability tremendously.
•Sequential contact: When circuits are electrified through static electricity or other currents, this product can be used to perform mating via a sequential process, initially by grounding the mating site.
•Long tab was developed for sequential connection use with tab contacts.
•By using this long tab in combination with a normal tab contact, a sequential connection environment architecture can be created.
•High current tine (lead): This type of tine (lead) mounts to a circuit board, and is a newly developed folding V-shaped tine.
•Although the joining area with the circuit board is wide, the through hole is extremely small, and this allows for easy pattern routing (patent pending).
•Lock feeling: The clear locking sound and vibration that are apparent to the operator during mating ensure that work can be completed even in environments where visual inspection is not possible, without producing any malfunctions such as incomplete mating (partial mating).
•Keying: The housing has a keying (slit) installed, and by using X keys and Y keys for different purposes, improper mating can be prevented.

TE Connectivity
A D-5000 Series connector for use with equipment main power supply lines.
[Features]
· High-current contact: Utilizes a box-shaped contact concept that has high torsional strength based on the Dynamic Series heritage and track record.
· By using the same kind of newly developed copper alloy in the D-3000 Series, these connectors have excellent elasticity and conductivity characteristics with reliable receptacles and contacts.
· The silver-plated type D-5000α Series has also been added to cover even higher current ranges.
· The contacts can be selected to match the application.
· Sequential contact: Allows sequential coupling to initially ground charged static electricity prior to contact coupling.
· The long tab was developed for sequential coupling of tab contacts.
· By using this long tab in combination with the regular tab contacts, it is possible to construct a sequential connection environment.
· High current tines (lead): This type of tine (lead) mounts to a circuit board.
· A newly developed twin lead type.
· This product secures a large joining area with PCBs. Therefore, this enables a reliable pattern and connector connection.
· IP20 (finger safety protection): The reverse-mount type D-5300 is recommended for applications with live equipment components.
· By using a housing that can house the equipment (panel side) receptacles and contacts, the equipment connector satisfies the IP20 standard.

[Supports a wide range of wires]
· This connector offers an extensive range of wiring, and supports 30–18 AWG. The outer diameter of the wire coating is large at ⌀ 2.2 mm (when using the D-1200/D-1500 Series), which can also be used as standard on-board.
[Crimp tool with interchangeable dies]
· The die on this standard tool is interchangeable. This a single-handle system gives the die purchase for each range, which makes it possible to reduce lead time and minimize implementation costs.
[A full Series lineup]
· The 2.0-mm pitch D-1100 and 2.5-mm pitch D-1200 Series are available for selection depending on the wire sizes and the voltages that are used. The lineup includes a number of electrodes up to a maximum of 40 P.
· The D-1500 Series lineup features 3.5-mm pitch products that are optimally suited for applications, such as bundling signal wires and branching power supplies.
· The Series lineup includes different color versions in addition to the previous standard black color.
· In addition to positively promoting the use of multiple electrodes of the same number, it also contributes to a reducing the amount of time required to assemble connectors.
· The lineup includes more affordable tin plated products, as part of the terminal plating specifications, in addition to conventional products with standard gold plating.
· Contact options support an extensive range of uses based on application, quality, and cost considerations.

5 mm power key connectors.
[Features]
· These power circuit connectors are available in four different keying structures for the same number of electrodes, and are the first available on the market for home appliances, especially gas and other liquid bearing devices.
· Since conventional methods only differentiated connections by housing color, this method allows for reliable assembly when parts cannot be seen, preventing improper connections.
· The previously complex ordering and management process has now been made much more efficient.
· In addition, thanks to the implementation of 1.2R large R shape connectors, you can achieve a work environment that is easy on the hands.
· A compact design with a coupling height of 19.4 mm.
· The power circuit connectors have a 5.0 mm spacing between contacts.
· The board-to-board connectors are structured using a power-supply plug and circuit board header assembly.
· Reliability is improved since the connector audibly clicks when the contacts are connected.
· In addition, partial mounting is prevented as it is equipped with a double lock plate.
· The locking lever is enclosed by a wall on both sides, protecting the lever and preventing wire entanglement.
· These connectors are constructed to allow air bubbles to escape when potting (circuit board coating).
· Equipped with a housing lance to prevent contacts from becoming entangled.
