[Features]
· The blade groove division angles are unequally divided.
· If the division angles of the blade grooves are the same, the same force will be applied to each blade, which causes the same vibration and makes them susceptible to resonance, causing chattering.
· By unequally dividing the blade grooves, the force applied to each blade is also changed to suppress resonance, and by decreasing chattering, the processing accuracy is improved and roundness is stabilized.
· A carbide tip is brazed onto SCM (adhesive material) to relax the spindle flex.
· Grip quality of holder improved: The use of an endmill shank (quenched) makes collet use possible, with better grip accuracy compared to drill chucks. Special collet manufacturing is not required.
· Improved blade diameter precision: Uses k5 for the blade diameter tolerance to make it easier to enter at H7 tolerance.
· Neck is designed to be longer for deep hole machining
