[Supports a wide range of wires]
· This connector offers an extensive range of wiring, and supports 30–18 AWG. The outer diameter of the wire coating is large at ⌀ 2.2 mm (when using the D-1200/D-1500 Series), which can also be used as standard on-board.
[Crimp tool with interchangeable dies]
· The die on this standard tool is interchangeable. This a single-handle system gives the die purchase for each range, which makes it possible to reduce lead time and minimize implementation costs.
[A full Series lineup]
· The 2.0-mm pitch D-1100 and 2.5-mm pitch D-1200 Series are available for selection depending on the wire sizes and the voltages that are used. The lineup includes a number of electrodes up to a maximum of 40 P.
· The D-1500 Series lineup features 3.5-mm pitch products that are optimally suited for applications, such as bundling signal wires and branching power supplies.
· The Series lineup includes different color versions in addition to the previous standard black color.
· In addition to positively promoting the use of multiple electrodes of the same number, it also contributes to a reducing the amount of time required to assemble connectors.
· The lineup includes more affordable tin plated products, as part of the terminal plating specifications, in addition to conventional products with standard gold plating.
· Contact options support an extensive range of uses based on application, quality, and cost considerations.
