Conductor insulation supporter for use within low-voltage equipment. Helps save on time and labor traditionally associated with manually setting up insulators.
[Features]
· Parts for installation are available in two types; a type with nuts on both ends (S/T/D type) and a type with nuts and bolts (SB/TB/DB type).
Available in a variety of specifications with different heights and diameters for use in different applications.
Product offers excellent insulating properties (creeping flashover voltage of 2.5 kV for 1 minute). Lightweight and does not easily break.
Will not interfere with screws positioned adjacently, etc. due to small size
Made of polypropylene (black). *The bolts and nuts are finished with a trivalent chromate plating that takes into account environmental concerns.
[Applications]
As an insulating base for mounting equipment to distribution boards, control panels, rectifier panels, etc.
For use as insulation support for bus bar and electrical wiring. Can also be used as a base for branching wires by attaching a branching bracket.
