[Features]
· Fine resolution is twice better than that of F58N, 0.7°/rotation.
· The mirror fixing methods are "adhesion type" and "three-point support type".
· There are types with a rod and no rod both for adhesion and screws.
· The type without rod is fixed with M3 screw or M6 screw.
· For the three-point support type, Φ20 to Φ30mm mirrors can be fixed by replacing two pins.
