This is a holder where mirrors, plate beam splitter and such elements are fixed, and can adjust the tilting of two axis. The center when rotating with a fine movement and the center of the mirror is always the same.
[Features]
• F50, F55
· This is a holder where mirrors, plate beam splitter, lens and such elements are fixed, and can finely adjust the tilting (θy, θz).
· If both θy, θz clamp can be tightened, fine movement of ±4°-6° is possible, and if the clamp is loosened, a rough movement of 360° is possible.
· Because it is a gimbal mechanism, the center of rotation for fine movement and rough movement is always the same as the center of the mirror.
· Standard rod that is attached is φ20, L=60mm, but the rod length can be changed. Screw holes of the holder is M6P=1, and rods of A40 to A42 can be used.
· Mirror Holder F50: Feed method is the A type micro meter head and the E type screw type.
· Horizontal operation type mirror holder F55: Own horizontal operation (the operation system is mounted in the horizontal direction) so can be operated without putting a hand to the optical axis, and close specification is possible.
• F52
· This is a holder where mirrors, plate beam splitter, lens and such elements are fixed, and can finely adjust the tilting (θy, θz) of the two axis.
· 2 axis tilt (θy, θz). Fine adjustment of ±2° or ±3° (F52) is possible.
· Because it is a gimbal mechanism, the center of rotation for fine movement and rough movement is always the same as the center of the mirror.
· Removing the element such as mirror and such are with the screw ring system, and has a resin ring for protection attached.
