The assembly height (H) defines the size of the linear guide. The rest of the dimensions would already be standardized. Miniature linear guides are only sold as an assembly (block + rail), unlike standard linear guides which can be sold block and rail separately.

MATERIALS



Our linear guides can be manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on application requirements and operating conditions.


  • Carbon steel: It is one of the most widely used materials in the construction of linear guides due to its strength, durability and ability to withstand heavy loads. The steel is usually heat-treated to improve its hardness and wear resistance.

  • Stainless steel: Known for its corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for wet or corrosive environments. Stainless steel linear guides are common in applications for the food, medical and chemical industries.
