BALL SCREW SUPPORT UNIT
Component used to fix and hold the ball screw in position during operation. Ball screw supports are necessary to provide stability and precision in the transmission of linear motion.
Applications

Features
The ball screw support consists of several parts, including a base or housing that mounts to the machine frame and bearings or other support elements that hold the ball screw in place. These bearings allow the ball screw to rotate smoothly and accurately, minimizing friction and wear.

Materials and Surface Finishes
All MISUMI supports for ball screw are made of carbon steel due to its good mechanical strength, ideal for supporting loads and maintaining ball screw stability during operation. The hardness it handles can resist wear and deformation under repetitive loads and movements, which is important to ensure a long service life. The following are the finishes we have available:
