Conveyor Ball Rollers

Conveyor Belts and Material Handling

Conveyor Ball Rollers

Elements that have exposed balls on top, also known as ball conveyors. Facilitate the sliding of workpieces or box, direct workpieces in a production line and can function as an independent method of transporting materials.

APPLICATIONS

Conveyor ball rollers are used in a wide variety of industrial applications:

  • Conveyor belts: Ball rollers are used on conveyor belts to facilitate the efficient movement of products and materials along a production line, warehouse or distribution area. These rollers help reduce friction and allow for smooth and consistent movement.

  • Package and goods handling: In distribution centers and warehouses, ball rollers are used to move packages, boxes and goods efficiently. This speeds up loading and unloading processes, as well as product sorting and distribution.

  • Automotive industry: Ball rollers are used in automotive manufacturing to move parts and components along assembly lines. Help optimize production and ensure that parts move smoothly and accurately.

  • Industrial processing: In general industrial applications, ball rollers are used for conveying bulk materials, packaged products and various components through different stages of the production process.
