Connecting Parts, Support Posts
DOBLE HOLE STRUT CLAMP
It is a clamping and adjustment block for static axes/posts, that is, its function is only to adjust a position. The fixation of the axis is carried out by means of the different accessories that the block has. Very practical, easy to use and assemble, a variety of equal or unequal diameters.
Applications
- Support post fastening: Used to secure support posts in automated systems. These provide a secure and stable hold, ensuring posts remain in position and reliably support loads.
- Sensor and device assembly: Used to mount sensors, switches and other devices in automated systems. These provide a secure and stable fixation, ensuring that the sensors are correctly positioned to capture the necessary information and guarantee the proper functioning of the system.
- Holding actuators and cylinders: Used to hold pneumatic or hydraulic actuators and cylinders in automation systems. These provide a firm hold that allows controlled movement of actuators and ensures the precision and repeatability of automated operations.

Types
- For Parallel Shafts: Initially used for adjustments in one direction (vertical).
- T-Shaped: For adjustment in “X” and “Y”, in this model the largest range of adjustment is concentrated in one direction, the vertical.
- For Perpendicular Axes: This is the most commercial clamp, due to the free range of adjustment in both directions.
- Flexible: This model is very practical since due to its structure it is possible to adjust it manually, without the use of tools.

Materials and Finishes
Double hole clamps can be manufactured in a variety of materials, depending on application requirements and operating conditions.
- Carbon Steel: Selected for low handling.
- Stainless steel: Ideal for humid environments.
- Aluminum: Reduces weight, moderate handling.
- Resin: For humid environments or high handling.

| Material | Surface finish | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon steel | bluing | Provides a black appearance and greatly improves its corrosion resistance |
| Electroless nickel plating | Provides a silvery yellowish appearance and improves corrosion resistance, but to a lesser extent than bluing | |
| Aluminum | clear anodized dark anodized |
Greater resistance against abrasives |
| Increases the durability of aluminum | ||
| Allows easy cleaning | ||
| does not fade |
