Since 2002, MISUMI has started a large-scale international expansion. To establish the MISUMI Q (high quality) C (low cost) T (fast and reliable delivery time) model (business) worldwide, we are expanding our sales offices, manufacturing sites and logistics sites as a complete ‘set’ to strengthen our international business.
Currently, we have a global network of 66 sales offices, 19 logistics sites and 22 manufacturing sites, mainly in Asia, North America and Europe. Of the 320,000 customers worldwide, more than 60% are overseas customers, making us a global company.

In the past, customers had to draw up drawings for each part and negotiate delivery dates and prices individually with different manufacturers, but MISUMI revolutionized this inefficient process.
Precision machine parts specified in micron-level dimensions leave factories in Japan daily by airplane and are shipped to our customers within 7 days from the time of purchase (on average). In addition, our on-time delivery rate exceeds 99%.
