With the recent COVID-19 outbreak, governments and businesses have taken steps to help contain the spread of the virus and protect society. MISUMI's management team meets daily to review changes in the global situation in order to take proactive measures to mitigate the impact on our clients. Our global network of manufacturers, suppliers and distribution centers gives us the flexibility to adjust our supply chain to provide the best possible lead times under current circumstances. Delivery times are updated daily on our website to reflect the most accurate information, and MISUMI proactively communicates with customers if an order is affected.

We have also implemented a social distancing policy, at the moment we will no longer offer the option of collecting products in our distribution center, all your products will be delivered to your home. We are reducing visitors to our facilities, as well as visits from our sales and technical support representatives to our customers.
