Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Experience in years: 4 years or more.
- English level: Intermediate.
- ERP Knowledge: Compaq, SAP.
- Excel Level: Advanced, Dynamic & Pivot Tables.
- Taxes calculation, deductions, social security, VAT entries and calculation.
- General accounting entries, import/export entries, payroll transactions.
- MX GAAP.
- Accruals management.
- Entries with foreign currency management.
- Intercompany & bank reconciliations.
- Travel expense entries based on Tax law.
- Fiscal requirements from supplier/vendor invoices.
- Interpretation of Trial Balance and Financial statements.
- Income tax deductions and calculations.
- Due dates management for taxes & social security.
Technical Knowledge
Responsibilities
- Record of travel expenses.
- Register of accounts payable.
- Application of payments in the accounting system.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation.
- Registry of pedimentos.
- Registration of customs broker accounts.
- Reconcilition of payment supplements issued by our suppliers.
- Payroll registration.
- Provisions register.
- Determination of VAT and provisional ISR payment.
- Send the Electronic Accounting.
- Payroll payment registry.
- Tax payment registry.
- Calculate & register of depreciation of fixed assets.
- Insurance Accounting register.
- Register operations in foreign currency.
- Determine exchange variations.
The General Accountant position is responsible for execute and manage the general accounting of the operative company ensuring the correct records of all company's transactions and in a timely manner and support the service company in accounting and finance task.
