Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance or related.
- English Level: Intermediate.
- Excel Level: Intermediate.
- Recently graduated, no need work experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, improve, and develop systems related information, relating to ERP systems, websites, and E-catalogs.
- Work on catalog and website projects containing creation of catalog pages, technical specifications, pricing table, dimensional table, an extensive translation.
- Work on modify or create the product data base in order to have correct product database information in ERP (Product master).
- Coordinate daily operation of order and delivery link with suppliers, both local and abroad. Investigate new suppliers and ways to further develop existing business relationships and stock management.
- Control and adjust the product lead time.
- Analyze and order the efficient inventory buildup.
- Work on the planning and release of new products to Mexico market. Explore opportunities for new product development, also coordinating the phaseout of existing product lines.
- Introduce new supplier (New product brand) in order to improve the business.
- Create Business plan and Marketing plan for sales expansion.
- Increase profit margin base on new product strategies.
- Work with Sales team in order to increase the sales.
- Provide support to customer's request by phone calls/emails (Product inquiry, adjust product lead time, Big project support, Product quality claim).
- Order issue support (Controlling Lead time, Price, Part number problem).
- Provide support to others department related customer issue or product issue.
- Other duties as assigned by the employer and in general support all additional activities and task related to the department not described in detail in this document.
The Product Management Entry Level position is responsible for supporting the growth of the business unit by managing EC, product data, quantitative sales data, and product market information.
