Special Requests

When special situations arise, you can submit a Special Request to MISUMI to receive personalized support. This option applies in the following cases:

  • Out-of-stock products
  • Orders with many items and specific delivery date requirements
  • Incorrect or incomplete part numbers
  • Correct part number with multiple matching brands
  • Discontinued products
  • Minimum order quantity requirements
  • Special delivery dates

When any of these situations occur, a "Request to MISUMI" message will appear. Click on it and complete the required fields; in most cases, you will only need to enter the required quantity and the date you need the product.

With this information, a MISUMI representative will review your request and provide a response within one business day.

The response may include a substitute product, confirmation of available quantities, or an adjusted delivery date. Once you receive the response, you can accept it and proceed with your order.
